TrimsNow is more than a booking service. It’s a platform that helps you connect with local businesses. We know that using a new tool can be tricky, so we’ve answered the most common questions.

General

What is the TrimsNow App?

This app is used for searching and finding local business. Find the business, choose the service, pick a time slot and book. You can also view their portfolio of work, read their reviews and contact them.

How do I reschedule my booking?

This is subject to the businesses rescheduling policy. If you are eligible then open the booking inside the app and click on Change. You will be able to change the time, date and staffer. If this is not possible then get in touch with the business directly.

Do I need to sign up every time I want to use another NOW service?

No, once you sign up you can use the same login details across all our products except for our BookingzNow app.

How do I cancel my booking?

This is subject to the businesses cancellation policy. If you are eligible then open the booking inside the app and click on Cancel. If this is not possible then get in touch with the business directly.

My booking is not confirmed

If the booking is not automatically confirmed, then you will have to wait for the business to confirm it. If it’s getting closer to the appointment time and they have not yet confirmed, then get in touch with the business directly by going to their profile screen.


Reviews

How do I give reviews?

Once your appointment is completed you will get an email and push notification reminding you to review. Click on either and review the appointment. Alternatively, on the app, go to Profile and then Reviews to see a list of pending reviews.

Can I update or delete a review?

Unfortunately, you can’t update or delete a review. If the review is offensive to the business, it can be reported to us in which case we will investigate and act.

How do I report a business?

On the business profile screen go to Details. At the bottom of the screen you will see a Report button with a list of options.


Issues and Errors

I keep getting an error when i try to book

Our app requires an internet connection. Please check you have an internet connection first. Try and restart the app or your phone.

I've found an issue with the app

Your Account

How do I delete my account permanently?

Please email info@TrimsNow.co.uk with your details requesting us to delete your account.

How do I change my password?

Go to Profile / Settings and click on Change Your Password.

How do I change my email address?

You will need to email info@TrimsNow.co.uk

How do I change my phone number?

You will need to go to Profile / Account Details and click on Change next to your phone number.
